📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

131 pub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at 131 pub's sole discretion.

To access the full features of the 131 pub Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

131 pub supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.

🎁 5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

131 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered 131 pub players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 131 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 131 pub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 131 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• In no event shall 131 pub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• 131 pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 131 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🔚 11. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By You: You may close your 131 pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• By 131 pub: 131 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 131 pub from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

131 pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

• Where required by applicable law, provide advance notice of material changes.
